Protective stop placed as a GTC (good till cancelled) at 1155 7-28: After this sell of yesterday, this doji today could give us an indication of a bottom forming and an end to the first corrective wave A. Such a signal would put into play the next to trade recommendations a buy on wave B and a short of the last corrective wave C. 7-29: We are seeing a candle in todays trading that is completing the Three River morning Star pattern we spoke of. If confirmed we will enter long looking for the B wave to have begun. this will will short term as we think the top should be around 1212.00

  Market Forecast Today's Outlook July 23, 2010 By Gary S. Wagner Forex gold is currently closed for the weekend. It closed -$ 4.80 lower at 1189.70/1190.70. with a low of 1183.90 and a high today of 1205.00. Results of the EU "Stress Test" on it's banking system came out today, and were a negative influence on gold as only 7 of the 91 banks failed the test. We will remain sideline as long as gold is unable to break out of the narrow range it has been trading in. Today's video look at the next 2 trades we are looking to enter, as well as my view for the next 2 months in gold.

  Market Forecast Today's Outlook July 16, 2010 By Gary S. Wagner Under major selling pressure Forex gold is currently trading 18 dollars lower at 1189.60/1190.60 (bid/ask). With a low of 1185.2.00 and a high of 1210.30. The last 2 days we saw doji candles form. When we get multiple doji, or doji like candles (small bodied candles). As I said yesterday "the chances increase of a breakout or major move. In this case I think a move to lower prices is more likely". this certainly came to pass today. Typically this signals consolidation and a possible shift in control. We where correct when we said"this might signal another leg down" The market has broken through support at 1200.00 and is testing the 78 % retracement level today. Long term I am still very bullish, however this corrective phase must be completed first. Therfore we are still expecting this correction in gold to take it to new lows before we enter a motive or bullish phase

Wagner MARKET CLOSES AT ALL TIME HIGH Forex gold continued it's upward climb today as we witnessed a record setting day in Forex gold. form reports it was not any new piece of fundamental news that moved the markets, rather a strong technical move to the upside. That is a fancy way of saying that the mass investor psychology has become very bullish. it is for that reason that a pullback would not surprise me at this point. Traders, we need to wait for next week signals to see if the market continue this breakout or retrace and form a new base.
